Manage your RSA assets

Modified on Fri, 22 Nov at 9:35 AM

The Adalysis RSA tools make it easy to view, manage, and analyze your RSA assets in one place. This is useful because Google Ads only lets you manage RSA assets for individual ads. Adalysis provides bulk update tools and performance insights across campaigns and ad groups.

View aggregated performance data

On your dashboard, click the Structure insights tab. RSA insights are shown under Ad inspector and Responsive search ads. You can also filter this data by campaign name or label. Click any number or graph element for a list of affected ads.

Add assets to several ads at once

To add new RSA assets, click the Ads tab. You'll need to select the ads you want to add your new assets to. Filters like this one can be useful:

Then click Tools > Add RSA assets to enter your new headlines and descriptions, and add labels.

The Manage RSA assets tool

Under Ads, click Manage RSA assets. This tool lets you see all the assets in your account.

  • See how many ads, ad groups, and campaigns an asset appears in. Click any value for a complete list.

  • See how many impressions each asset has.

  • Get impression-weighted performance labels that reflect the overall performance of each asset. The score is based on Google's asset performance rating (Low, Good, or Best) for each ad where the asset has appeared. The column is also sortable, so you can quickly spot assets needing improvement. Important: Assets need around 5,000 impressions for scoring.

  • Filter assets by campaign, label, and a range of other criteria.

The RSA asset manager also helps you to:

  1. Edit assets in bulk
Select an asset and click the pencil icon next to the text to update it across all ads at once.

  2. Delete assets in bulk
Select one or more assets and click Delete assets to remove them from all associated ads.

  3. Pin or unpin assets in bulk
Pin assets to specific positions across all selected ads or adjust pins as needed. The Pinned column shows the number of ads where the asset is pinned. Use the pin icon to apply the pinning to all ads or adjust pins for individual ads.
