Adalysis will alert you to any ad groups with no active keywords. (This excludes DSA ad groups.) You'll see the alert under Alerts > Keywords on your dashboard. Click on it to see a list of affected ad groups.
You can pause or delete ad groups, either one by one or in bulk. Select the ad groups and click Status. Alternatively, click on the symbol next to the ad group's checkbox.
