Review your Performance Max search term from the previous month, by clicking Search terms > Performance Max campaign. The report includes:
Search terms
Campaign name
Search term overlap with keywords in your Search campaigns, or search terms in your Search or Shopping campaigns
Key metrics, such as clicks, impressions, conversions, and cost, for each search term
Click any checkbox in the overlap columns for more details, or click View search terms overlap for aggregate data.
Adding negative keywords
Select any search terms you never want to trigger ads in your account. Then click Add as account negative keyword to add to your account-level negatives.
You can also add search terms as keywords by clicking Add as keyword to search ad group.
Managing your Performance Max search terms will help you to manage search term overlap, refine targeting, and optimize campaign performance.
