Review and manage your dashboard alerts

Modified on Fri, 8 Nov at 11:11 AM

Adalysis alerts help you stay on top of account health and performance. We’ve prebuilt 100+ alerts for all the most common issues, so you don’t have to spend hours on setup. You can still customize the audit system to your needs, receiving only alerts that are relevant to your account. All alerts are categorized as CriticalHighOptimization, and Custom for easy prioritization.

This guide walks you through the essential features you can use to tailor the alerts to your preferences and needs:

Audit settings

You can manage or disable all alerts from Audit settings in the top-right corner. They are grouped around the entities used in Google Ads, such as campaigns, ad groups, and keywords.

Resolve or automate actions

You can resolve many alerts right from the dashboard. Click on any alert for context-sensitive options, which include more information.

You can also automate some actions, saving time and fixing issues faster. Simply click on Automatic action next to an alert or head to Audit settings in the top-right corner.

Filter, snooze, or disable

You can filter alerts by structure or performance issues with a drop-down menu. You can also snooze alerts for later or disable any you don't want to see via the settings.

Customize alerts

You can customize your alerts under Audit settings: adjust thresholds, criteria, or date ranges to align with your needs. For example, low-traffic accounts might need alerts based on fewer clicks. Modified alerts display a “Customized” label, and you can reset to default settings anytime.

Create custom alerts

You can also create your own alerts to reduce manual work further. This means they're part of your Adalysis audits and will appear in your dashboard. Under Audit settings, choose the relevant section and click Add new custom alert.

Account audit scores

Your account audit score gives you a broad view of your account’s health. You can download the results in an audit report to share with others or check your account score history to see progress over time.

We recommend regularly reviewing your alerts to get the most out of Adalysis. If you want to apply your preferred settings to new accounts, the Global Settings template can help.
