Organizing shared negative keywords at the campaign level

Modified on Mon, 9 Dec at 9:02 AM

Do you have multiple campaigns sharing negative keywords? It’s usually best to create a single negative keyword list and apply it to all relevant campaigns. This helps you avoid potentially reducing your impression share.

Adalysis helps you identify negative keywords shared by multiple campaigns in a few clicks.

  1. Adalysis will alert you to negative keywords in use in multiple campaigns. You'll see the alert under Alerts > Negative keywords on your dashboard. Click on it for details.

  2. Click on the icon in the column Details of campaigns and common negative keywords to for a list of campaigns and shared negative keywords.

  3. To re-organize negative keywords into a shared list, select one of two options:
    - Create a new list
    - Use an existing list

After you've added the keywords to your chosen list, they'll be applied automatically to the campaigns.
