Adalysis will regularly check your account and alert you whenever it finds disapproved keywords. You will see the alert on your Dashboard, under Audit Alerts / Keywords.
Click on the alert to view the list of keywords. You can see the disapproval reason by clicking on the sign in the Disapproval Reason column.
You can select multiple keywords you want to fix and either pause them in bulk or delete them by hitting the buttons at the top of the list.
Alternatively, you can fix individual keywords by clicking on the Edit icon:
